This is a new progect consisting of five houses in the luxiarious area of Konia. On the front, there are going to be three houses, two of which are three bedroom and one is two bedroom.
All five houses have private covered parking and private swimming pool.
The project is located in Konia village, in a quiet residential area with panoramic mountain and sea views. The village is practically a part of Paphos town and consequently all amenities such as banks, restaurants, shops, local taverns and blue flag beaches of Paphos are very easily reachable. The two houses on each side of the project are offered with a private swimming pool. The houses consist of three bedrooms (including the master bedroom) out of which, two are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
Mesoghi is developed in Mesoghi, a beautiful village in the suburbs of Paphos and about 5 minutes drive from the center of the city. It consists of four villas, three of which are 4-bedroom and one 3-bedroom. All four buildings have a private swimming pool and private covered parking. They also have a traditional wood fireplace. They are built in a very quiet residential area in the north of the village. The 4-bedroom houses have a covered area of 186 square meters (excluding the verandas). The plots that are built in are 355, 342 and 313 square meters respectively. The other houses (3-bedroom ) has 163 square meters covered areas excluding the verandas and is built in a 334 square meters plot. In the middle of the project, there is a 7-meters wide private road.
The project is built near Tala village in a quiet residential area.The plot position is such that all three houses have an excellent sea view (the panoramic view covers from Paphos on the east until Peyia village on the west side). A careful study of the plans, resulted in three 4-bedroom houses with big swimming pools.
One house has a covered area of 185 square meters (excluding the verandas) in 460 square meters plot.
The other two houses have 165 square meters covered areas excluding the verandas.
